Behind the model is SAVVIER’s practical experience across multi-income residential property, from identifying suitable opportunities and contributing operational insight during development through to leasing and ongoing management.
The operating platform continues to grow, with 24 homes targeted by Christmas 2026 and an objective of reaching 30 homes under specialist management during 2027. At that scale, comparable portfolio characteristics would indicate approximately $50 million in potential underlying property value and approximately $5 million in potential annual gross rental capacity at full occupancy.

SAVVIER contributes specialist property and operating knowledge across the NewGen model. Construction is undertaken by appropriately appointed and licensed building professionals.

Assess locations, sites, existing assets, demand, design potential and investment assumptions.

Contribute an operator’s perspective to the design and delivery of guest-centred, manageable accommodation.
Lease
Position, market and lease private suites to suitable guests using evidence-led pricing and qualification.
Manage
Operate the property with specialist systems for guests, maintenance, inspections, compliance and asset performance.
NewGen Homes’ current operational experience is centred in Victoria. The longer-term vision is to build a national platform, with potential international application over time.
