Which states and territories can I relocate from?
We welcome enquiries from people moving to Melbourne from New South Wales (NSW), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS) and the Northern Territory (NT). The same application process and complimentary arrival-transfer conditions apply, wherever you are moving from interstate.
Is the accommodation furnished?
NewGen Homes offers furnished private-suite accommodation within professionally managed residential properties. Features vary by home; suites may include an ensuite and kitchenette, with a shared main kitchen and laundry. Confirm the furnishings, facilities and rental inclusions for your chosen suite before signing.
How long can I stay?
This offer is for approved residents signing a six or 12 month accommodation agreement. It is designed for people settling into Melbourne, rather than overnight visits or short holidays. Available agreement lengths and move-in dates are confirmed for each home.
Does the offer include flights or moving my belongings?
The complimentary transfer covers your arrival journey from Melbourne Airport to your confirmed NewGen accommodation. Flights, removalists and transporting furniture or other belongings are not included. Let us know your luggage requirements before we confirm the transfer.
