When you download the Investor Guide, complete the Investor Assessment, make a guest or partnership enquiry, request property documents, join NewGen Membership or complete a Founding Membership application, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, investment position, accommodation preferences, objectives and enquiry details.
We use this information to provide the requested guide, review your enquiry, respond to you and determine whether a NewGen conversation may be useful. For membership applications, we also retain your housing preferences to consider you for suitable homes and contact you about your application or potential matches.
For a quick membership sign-up, we record your name, email, the source of your sign-up and whether you chose to receive emails about new homes and member offers. We send those updates only if you select that option. You can withdraw that choice at any time by emailing hello@newgenhomes.com.au or using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email.
Storage and disclosure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries, or where required by law.
